transition support for up to 6 months that consists of:

1. One-on-one telephone consultation time with a Career Transition Specialist
2. Consultation including career assessment, entrepreneurial ventures, Internet job search techniques, interview coaching, thank you letters, and salary negotiations.
3. A resume written by a professional resume writer
4. A resume prepared for posting online or e-mail; Word & PDF format
5. A cover letter written to highlight the displaced employee's strengths
6. Resume posting to 4 online career sites
7. Distribution of resume to our database of executive recruiters
