KEN GORA, Ph.D.- Chief Executive Officer

Prior to HR by the Hour, Ken was the owner of Ken Gora and Associates, an HR consulting firm in San Diego and San Jose. Major clients included ADP Corporation, United Laboratories, Supermicro Computers. Previously, he was the Director of Human Resources for VocalPoint Technologies and Vice-President of Corporate Development for Innovative Environmental Products. As Vice-President of Human Resources for New Source Corporation he helped grow that start-up company from 9 employees to 420 employees in 3 years. He has held Senior Recruiter positions with two Fortune 500 Corporations. As a consultant and trainer he has conducted organizational development programs for General Motors, Atlantic-Ritchfield, Coca-Cola, Kaiser Health Care and others. Ken received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Golden State University and his M.A. and B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. He is the inventor of The Performance Cube™ and the creator of The Formula™ personal improvement seminar.
