KEN GORA, Ph.D.- Chief Executive Officer

Prior to HR by the Hour, Ken was the owner of Ken Gora and Associates, an HR consulting firm in San Diego and San Jose. He also is the originator and leader of the How to Have a Successful Recruiting Business seminar and the Transformational program "The Formula". He had held several HR Management positions, and as Vice-President of Human Resources for New Source Corporation he helped grow that start-up company from 9 employees to 420 employees in 3 years. He has held Senior Recruiter positions with two Fortune 500 Corporations. As a trainer and seminar leader he has conducted organizational development programs for General Motors, Atlantic-Ritchfield, Coca-Cola, Kaiser Health Care and others. He was a pioneer in the personal development field with his early work with the Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences working on optimal performance and personal transformation programs. Ken received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Golden State University and his M.A. and B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. He is the inventor of The Performance Cube™ and an accomplished speaker on the art of assessing/developing human potential
